How Firmlocator displays businesses in the directory
Firmlocator uses structured profile information, filters and public visibility plans to display businesses. Position affects visibility, but it is not a rating or a guarantee of quality.
Featured
Featured profiles may receive priority visibility in standard directory views and in selected higher-visibility sections.
Premium
Premium profiles may receive better visibility than Free profiles and include a richer public presentation.
Free
Free profiles can also be shown publicly and receive direct contacts when the profile information is useful and relevant.
What affects what you see
In standard directory views, Featured and Premium profiles may receive additional visibility. Search, filters, location and explicitly selected sorting, such as alphabetical order or latest update, also change what is shown first.
How to assess businesses
Do not rely on position alone. Compare services, category, location, contact methods and how complete the profile is before deciding who to contact.

Buyer enquiries on the free plan are limited to 5 in total for the entire period (not per month); contact views are limited to 5 phone and 5 email per month. After the limit, enquiries are not delivered — Premium and Featured are unlimited.

How visibility works in the directory
In the standard directory views Featured and Premium, plans may receive stronger visibility. Search, filters and explicitly selected sorting may also change what appears first.
Featured gives the strongest positioning, Premium adds better visibility and a richer business profile, while Free remains a public basic profile. Visibility is not a rating or a guarantee of quality.
Assess businesses by services, location, contact details and profile completeness, not only by their position in the listing.

Payment and billing
Payment, billing and cancellation
Card payments are processed via Stripe, and invoices can be issued for businesses.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the portal. Paid features will remain active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, after which your subscription will not renew. Payments are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued for any remaining time.
Prices are final. No VAT is charged — the supplier applies the small enterprises scheme under Article 168d(3) of the Bulgarian VAT Act. For a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies: the recipient is liable for VAT.

Withdrawal, refunds, and statutory rights
Consumer exception: if you purchase as an individual (not as a business), you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of each payment. If you withdraw, the service stops immediately and we refund the amount for unused days, calculated on a daily pro-rata basis — to the card you used to pay (usually within 5–10 working days), or by bank transfer within 14 days if you paid by bank transfer. Businesses do not have a right to withdraw. Consumers’ mandatory statutory rights are not restricted.
