Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

We use cookies and similar technologies such as localStorage, consent signals and browser storage to maintain portal sign-in, remember your choice for analytics technologies and save the temporary registration draft when you use the registration form.

2. Cookies we use

  • Necessary: __Host-fl_portal — session cookie used for sign-in and protection of the portal session.
  • Preferences: fl_cookie_consent — used to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics technologies.
  • Analytics: Cloudflare Analytics, when enabled according to your consent choice.
  • LocalStorage: we use localStorage only for the temporary draft of the registration form, so that you do not lose the entered data while completing the registration.

3. Third-party features

  • Google Maps / Places may load its own scripts, cache and browser storage when you use the map, address search or location features.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data and use browser mechanisms necessary for anti-bot checks during sign-in, contact forms and the registration process.
  • When you allow analytics technologies, we may activate dataLayer, Google Tag Manager via a first-party setup of Cloudflare and Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz. These signals are triggered only according to your consent choice and will be updated in this policy in the event of a material change.

4. How to change your choice

You can accept or decline analytics technologies from the banner, reopen the settings from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and delete cookies and localStorage from your browser at any time.
