Withdrawal information and model form
If you are a consumer (an individual not acting in a business capacity), you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of each payment. Companies do not have a right of withdrawal. This page explains the process and includes a sample withdrawal form.
The paid service starts immediately at your express request. If you withdraw within 14 days, the service stops immediately and we refund you for the unused days of the paid period, calculated on a daily pro-rata basis — to the card you used to pay (usually within 5–10 working days), or by bank transfer within 14 days if you paid by bank transfer. Cancelling without withdrawing (at the end of the paid period) does not entitle you to a refund.
How to exercise the withdrawal right
- 1. The quickest way is through the portal: Billing → Cancel subscription → Withdraw now. Access ends immediately and the refund process starts automatically. You can also send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract — for example, using the sample form below, though you do not have to use it.
- 2. Provide enough information for us to identify the order or subscription, such as name, email, company, invoice number, or order date.
